5.1. The User has the right to use the Service in accordance with its purpose, respecting the law and good manners of the information society, respecting the rights and interests of others. In particular, The user undertakes:
1. not take actions that may interfere with the normal functioning of the Service, including not interfering with the content of the Service, your Account, the Accounts of other users or information and technical elements of the Service;
2. not take illegal actions, including not to use the functionality of the Service to transmit or publish materials that violate the law and personal rights, terrorist content, contain or distribute child pornography that violates the intellectual property rights of others, as well as discriminatory or racist content;
3. not use the functionality of the Website to sell (or perform other actions with a similar effect) the Items listed in the Appendix "Prohibited and Conditionally Allowed Items", not to sell them without fulfilling the conditions listed in the Appendix, as well as other Positions, provided that their sale is excluded in accordance with applicable law, as well as Items that are stolen or are subject to judicial or administrative a constructive dispute, or Positions subject to enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy or readjustment;

5.2. The User is obliged to fulfill the obligations listed in clause 5.1 of the Rules at each stage of using the Service for each proposed functionality, including in the case of publishing Announcements and sending messages to other Users.
5.3. The publication or transmission of any content on the Website is carried out automatically using the interface of the Website without the participation of M4U. M4U does not automatically check all content transmitted using the features of the Website.
5.4. In the event that the content of the Announcement changes after the User has posted it on the Website, M4U has the right to edit the content that does not comply with the Rules or remove the Announcement.
5.5. Any person using the Service has the opportunity to report to M4U any illegal or contrary to the Rules and Regulations content supplied using the features of the Service. There is a Complaint function for this, which is available under Announcement (Complaint). To the extent possible, whoever wishes to file a complaint must provide data to enable M4U to verify the Abuse Report, including but not limited to the Ad ID, an explanation of why it believes the content is illegal or against the Rules, and, in its sole discretion, Contact details.
5.6. In the event of receiving a credible report (based on a report of abuse or otherwise) that content sent or published using the features of the Service is illegal or violates the provisions of the Rules, M4U may:
1. immediately block this text, including, in particular, announcements, as well as related promotional services. When blocked, the content will be invisible or inaccessible to persons using the Service;
2. conduct an appropriate investigation to establish the circumstances of the case, acting proportionately and reasonably, including, for example, by contacting the whistleblower, the content provider, the competent authority or an external consultant;
3. in case of blocking certain content, not later than when the blocking takes effect, inform the provider of this content, indicating the blocked content, the reasons for the decision to block it, providing the basis for the decision with reference to the Rules;
4. The provisions of paragraph 5.6.c shall not apply if, due to a notification to the competent state body, mandatory provisions of the law or the need to ensure the safety of life, health of people or the state, the information specified in this paragraph should not be disclosed.
5.7. The User has the right to appeal against the decision to block content transmitted or published by him using the functions of the Service, objecting to the provision of information about blocking this content by M4U. The provisions governing the complaints procedure shall apply accordingly.
5.8. If the objection referred to in clause 5.7 is deemed to be justified or beyond doubt as to the circumstances justifying the illegality or contravention of the Rules of this content:
1. blocked content is restored, after which it becomes available, the User can publish it through the Service;
5.9. If the objection referred to in clause 5.7 is deemed unfounded or the Business User does not submit an objection within 7 days of receipt of the information referred to in clause 5.6.c:
1. Blocked content is permanently removed from the site;
2. If the specified content was covered by one of the Paid Services, the payment previously charged for the placement of the Announcement and the Paid Services associated with this Announcement will be returned to the User's account - the "Return" account. Refunds are made for those hours in which the service was not provided. To calculate the amount of funds to be returned, astronomical hours are taken, the return occurs for those hours when the service was not actually provided. At the request of the User, the payment amount can be returned directly to the bank account from which the payment was made.
5.10. M4U has the right to remove an Ad or block an Account if it is suspected that actions that threaten the safety of other users within the Service may occur through the Ads or the Account, and also if the Ad adversely affects the reputation or otherwise harms M4U.
5.11. In the event of a serious violation of the law in the course of using the Service, as well as a serious or repeated violation of the Rules, in particular, in the case of repeated attempts to publish or distribute illegal content by a specific User or Users acting and jointly by agreement, including the use of different Accounts, M4U may accordingly respect the principles of proportionality and respect for freedom of distribution; termination of the provision of services to the User, subject to the following rules:
1. Suspension of an account means the temporary suspension of its operation. A user whose Account has been terminated misses the opportunity to actively use the Service, which means that she cannot send messages using its functions, publish and edit the Announcement. However, you can view the Service, message history and published announcements, and deposit funds to your M4U account, but you must contact customer support using the chat function to withdraw the funds assigned.
2. Blocking an account means that the User loses the ability to log into it.
5.12. In case of blocking certain content, no later than when the blocking takes effect, the User will be informed about this in an e-mail (for users registered on the Service using e-mail) indicating the blocked content, the reasons and grounds for such a decision arising from the Rules. The User registered by phone will be informed via push message that all the above information is available for such User in the Account.
